Discussions of performance goals and improvements are also performed. Annual performance evaluations are usually held between May and June of each fiscal year between the employee and his/her immediate supervisor. CAMPUS CONDUCT VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) has CAMPUS CONDUCT VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) has partnered with Ever. Fi to help students, faculty, and staff members address critical life skills such as alcohol abuse prevention and sexual assault prevention. As part of our prevention program for faculty and staff, and in compliance with the Violence Against Women Act, Southern Crescent Technical College is requiring each faculty and staff member to complete Haven for Faculty and Staff. This online education will provide critical education on sexual harassment, connect employees with support resources, discuss factors that contribute to sexual and relationship violence, and educate employees to become leaders in prevention. This training is required under VAWA, and therefore is mandatory for all employees. The training is currently available and must be completed within 30 days of this orientation session SOUTHERN CRESCENT TECHNICAL COLLEGE 39
