The cottage

Location Have a look at the cottage. It is situated not far from the city. The site has access to all communications.

There are shops, a school and a kindergarten near by. The bus stop are located not far from the cottage.

Foundation The construction of the cottage begins with the excavation. The cottage is large and because of it its foundation is rather complex.

Walls The cottage has 2 categories of the walls – external and internal constructions. The walls in the cottage are made of brick. It’s a well know fact that brick is an ecologicallyclear material. Brick guarantees structural strength, durability and acoustical isolation.

The surfaces of the walls are different. So in the bathroom and in the kitchen the walls are covered with tiles, in the bedrooms and in the living room they are decorated with wallpaper.

The external side of the walls has a decorate surface and decorated with natural stone, framed with wood frame.

Floors The floors in the cottage are covered with different materials – artificial and natural. For example, in the bedrooms and lounge they are wooden. In the bathroom and kitchen the floors are covered with clay tiles with mirrorlike effect.

Ceiling The ceiling in the house are well-designed. There are one of the most pleasing features of the room. In different rooms there are different ceilings. For example the ceiling in the lounge has a richly ornamented surface. In the kitchen it has luminous surface.

Windows The windows in the cottage are large. They serve to provide more light into rooms and for ventilation. The windows in the cottage are made of wood because it is of natural material and it is environmentally-clean.

Roof We have chosen a pitched roof because it dries quickly of water and the small units they consist of are easy to install.

Planning The cottage on the first floor has 7 rooms. There is a corridor, a hall, a lounge, a kitchen, a bedroom for guests, a dressing room, a toilet.

On the second floor there is a study, a big children's bedroom, two bedrooms, a toilet and a terrace.

Finally, we want to say that this building would be a good choice for every family. We advise you to pay attention to the project of a cottage, because it is located in an ecologically clean area and is ideal for the whole family.
