LESSONS LEARNED • 2 original MFL main activities in M&E SI did not reflect LESSONS LEARNED • 2 original MFL main activities in M&E SI did not reflect the actual MRL/HFR complexity • Joint ownership within the MOHSW takes more time to meet multiple owners expectations and leadership buy-in • Harmonizing lists with deletions/merging of HF difficult to track through API with deleted IDs • Need to move the DCS approvals into their routine work and allocate funds
