General Info/ Benefits § During the internship program, the selected person will still be a student of the educational institution (university/college) and he will be employed with a labour contract at EGGER available for 2 months, with monthly salary payment. § EGGER offer a comprehensive induction program; § EGGER offer good working environment with a friendly and highly professional team; § EGGER Shuya provides transport for the students to/ from the plant. 2

Students Responsibilities § To respect the established working program and to fulfil the activities specified by the EGGER mentor, according to the internship/practice portfolio. § To obey the rules as below : - The internal rules/regulations of EGGER Shuya; - Rules of safety and health at work; - Information confidentiality from EGGER Shuya; 3

EGGER Shuya’s Responsibilities § Establishing a mentor for students; § The training regarding safety and health at work, according to the Russian legislation; § The necessary ways for acquiring the professional skills necessary at EGGER working places. 4
