Aims: - study the existing systems; - show, what the ideal system welfare state; - prove that she ideal; - show the defect existing systems.
Basic principles 1) of the referring the social welfare and social protection of the population to factor of the provision to national safety; 2) of the guaranteed granting to people of the free minimum volume of the social security; 3) responsibility organ state authorities and local home rule and executives and people for nonperformance legislation state in sphere of the social servicing the population; 4) of the voluntary reception of the social service and refusal of it; 5) of the development international cooperation in sphere of the social servicing the population.
The Sources of the income this government and local authorities. The Categories of the people which have a right on help : invalids, unemployed, under reduction, widows, families lost breadwinner, pension.
We have analyzed the existing systems of the social security and came to conclusion that in them there is defect. The First, big part of social security pay. The second, many medicines high-priced. The third, wrong payment social allowance.
Our system of the social security ideal since she covers all layer of the population. Helps to cope with poverty and with vitally massive problems of the people. In she is considered all possible problems of the people and help in decision of these problems.
