You have just been on holiday to Hotel Paradise. The room was dirty when you arrived and the towels were wet. The shower was cold and the sea view you were promised when you booked, was actually a view of a brick wall of the adjacent hotel. You paid extra for a ground floor room because you have young children and don’t want them playing on a balcony. In reality, you are on the third floor and the balcony door has a faulty lock. When you spoke to the staff about it, they were very rude. The towels were replaced but the room wasn’t cleaned. They refused to move you into a different room and they didn’t understand that you had paid extra for a ground floor room. You didn’t get any of your money back. Write a letter to the Hotel Manager explaining what happened on your holiday and asking for your money back.
