Davis Bacon Labor Standards in regards to wage rates apply. Conformance to the Davis Bacon Act is required. To add class of laborers or mechanics not listed requires contractor to submit proposal to the contracting officer for review and approval. Non compliance will be referred to the Department of Labor. 20
