Andrey Lucich Danilov — the general director of JSC Tekhnostroykomplekt, the member of the Union of builders of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the member of the Union of architects of the Russian Federation and Sakha Republic, the Deserved builder of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the vice-president of the Russian academy of business, «The Russian of year» in the nomination «Russian engineer» for 2008.

Andrey Lucich Danilov was born on February 5, 1966 in the village Byas-Kyuel of the Gorny district of the Sakha Republic. In 1983 left Ust-Tattinsky high school.

In 1984 it was called in ranks of the Soviet Army. After demobilization in 1986 he arrived on Architectural faculty of Novosibirsk construction institute as an Architect of administrative and industrial buildings who ended in 1991.

Andrey Lucich began professional activity in «Yakutpromstroy. NIIproyekt». He became the deputy director on construction at Institute of physical chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences. From 1994 to the present day he heads JSC Tekhnostroykomplekt. He is married, brings up three children.
