I am a trained Public Administration Consultant with research interests in Social Policy and Social Cohesion, Professional English Teaching Methodology, especially Public Adminiatration English. My main research area has been involved in international and intercultural approaches to the poverty overcoming issue and wealth improvement. I also concern about general public administration efficiency issues and transferring business management technologies into Public Administration. Currently I teach a wide range of courses such as public administration, public administration human resource development, territory development, project management at School of Public Administration of Ulyanovsk State University.

I am Cindy Lee; I am the instructor of this course. I received my Bachelor and Master degrees in English at Fu-Jen Catholic University and the University of London, UK. After working in the industry for several years, I went back to England for further study. In 2007 , I graduated from the University of Leicester with a PhD degree in Applied Linguistics and TESOL. My specialties are English Language Teaching Methodology, Cross-cultural communication and English for Specific Purpose. Currently I am teaching at English Department of Fu-Jen University and National Chen-Chi University. Outside of work I used to enjoy reading, swimming, YOGA and theatre, but now with a new-born baby, my current hobby is my baby, baby and baby! I am very glad to meet you in our class. I believe we will have a lot of good time together!
