Theoretical Background Development of the concept « intrinsic motivation » in Armed Forces-a state of joy of professional activity. Following indicators of procedural content of motivation: -feeling of involvement in the activity; -full attention, thoughts and feelings about activity; -feeling that personell know how to act at the moment; - lack of fear of possible mistakes and failures; - loss of usual sense of awareness of himself and his environment, like "dissolve" in the activity.
Key Terms Job satisfaction - the performance, the implementation of human expectations of material, social and spiritual and moral results of their work. Locus of control - the quality that characterizes the human tendency to attribute responsibility for the results of its activities to external forces (externalities, external locus of control) or own abilities and efforts (internality, internal locus of control).
Problem statement The main purpose-identification the relationship between personal determinants and contentment charcteristics of job satisfaction among contract servicemen. The object- job satisfaction among contract servicemen. The subject -substantial aspects of employment among military contract servicemen with different kind of subjective control.
Hypothesis of the study Main Hypothesis: integrated job satisfaction depends on the content characteristics of activity and level of subjective control. and the 2 Accessory hypothesis : military servicemen adhere to external type of control in the field failures and occupational activities military servicemen adhere to internal type of control in the field of professional achievements and of interpersonal relationships.
Methods Sample: people, representatives of two military units of the Moscow region in age from 23 to 27, male. diagnostic technique for the measurement of the level of subjective control J. Rotter, adaptation by Bazhin E. F. , Golynkina S. A. , Etkind A. Test of job satisfaction by Batarshev A. V. semi-structured interview

Conclusion The satisfaction of activity may be due to various factors, both objective and subjective. Thus, in the present study we are going to reveal the influence of different levels of subjective control and substantial characteristics of professional activityon the satisfaction of substantial characteristics of professional activity and to discribe possible influence of the family.
