Modern Russian school: what is it like? 2 grades: elementary and secondary school; 9 forms of compulsory education; 10th and 11th forms for those who want to get higher education in universities etc.; Unified state examinations at the end of 9th and 11th forms; Heaps of useful things to know… 

Though there are still some problems… Secondary education in Russia is imperfect; Lessons are boring, teachers can teach boring things, too; School food is tasteless; Poor perspectives for school-leavers

How to improve? There are some personal thoughts on how to make the school educational system better: To reduce duration of lessons up to 30 min.; To bring more interactive activities to educational process (more games, interpersonal communication and just fun!); To give elder students more freedom in planning their own schedules.
