Popularity - ISO 9001 is ISO's most popular standard, being implemented by more than one million companies in over 175 countries. How much does ISO 9001 cost? What’s involved? Prepare Most clients have much of what is required in place already, it may just need some tweaking. We don’t need you to prepare, other than to communicate to your team that you’re aiming to achieve certification. Stage 1 Your first visit (Stage 1) involves reviewing what processes you have to assist in building your Management System. You’ll be guided through our unique Toolkit. Prepare It’s then up to you to complete your Management System which accurately reflects your processes. You then perform an Internal Audit to confirm you are doing what your Management System says.
What’s involved? Stage 2 Once you’re happy, we will re-visit you for the formal audit. Typically, most clients are ready for the audit at around 3 months.
