I really love nature! I and my father travel in the mountains every summer. We were only in the mountains of the Caucasus (Dombay, Teberda, Chegem, Elbrus). In my presentation I want to talk about features of clothing for mountain trekking*. Photos shown here are made by my dad. * A trek is a long, adventurous journey undertaken on foot in areas where common means of transport are generally not available. Trekking should not be confused with mountaineering

Rain often falls down in mountains. Clothing and shoes should be waterproof. We bought a special trekking shoes. This Shoes is made with the technology Gore-tex. Gore-Tex is a waterproof breathable fabric, and a registered trademark of W. L. Gore and Associates. The simplest sort of rain wear is a two layer. The outer layer is typically nylon or polyester and provides strength. The inner one is polyurethane, and provides water resistance, at the cost of breathability.
