Conflict is a situation in which each party seeks to take a position inconsistent and contrary to the interests of the other party. Conflicts arise from incompatibility of interests , views and positions on a particular issue , the decision of a problem.

Conflict can occur between. roommates, families, between groups of people , by state agencies , States Examples of conflicts: the conflict between husband wife, between children, between parents and children, between groups of people, between organizations, between States.

A peaceful solution to the conflict is very important, as the conflict may eventually turn into cruel , violent confrontation with the violation of the rights and freedoms of the individual.

In modern conflict identified five strategies of behavior in conflict situations: Fixture — one side around agrees with another, but has an opinion that is afraid to Express.
